Pastor Sam Mo

Sam Mo is Community Outreach Pastor at East Toronto Chinese Baptist Church through a partnership with Youth Unlimited. He plays a leadership role both at ETCBC and in the Victoria Village Community, specifically at the Victoria Park Hub where he runs a community youth group called the Hubsters. Sam has a passion for hearing the stories of others and meeting them where they’re at in order to encourage them. He currently lives in Markham with his wife Vanessa and their 2 young boys, Matthew and Jude.

Sam was born and raised in Ottawa. He completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Queen’s University and worked in IT for six years before graduating from Tyndale with a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Studies. Sam is an amateur road cyclist, a tennis player and long-suffering Maple Leafs fan.
